The country is in the crisis. Utility prices are rising and the heating season is not far. 'Alternative Solution Center' proposed a more profitable and safer way to heat the municipal institutions of the city and homes of citizens."

Responsible for municipal property issues Andrey Vigonyuk states that the time has come to stop using the gas of Russian aggressor. 'After all, it’s expensive and dangerous. You may remember the situation with the explosion of the gas boiler in Tulchin, which claimed the lives of two people. The main objective of the Center of alternative solutions is de-monopolization of the heating market, a healthy competition and compliance with tender procedures.'

Chief Physician of the Vinnytsia region Children's Clinical Hospital Vasyl Panenko shared the experience of using powerful biofuel boiler heating. The hospital has already saved 900 thousand UAH. In addition, Medical city saved 1 900 000 UAH. Hence, the hospital and Medical city saved 23% of the funds that were later used for the needs of medical institutions. And the losses of Gazprom amounted to 11.7 million UAH per year!

Businessman Sergey Kravchenko ('VINTEA' company) shared his own experience of alternative heat supply services. He believes that the use of alternative sources for the production of heat gives an opportunity not only for political and economic freedom, but also for a serious push in the economic development of Ukraine.

'I am sure that we can get rid of the Russian gas by 100%. It would be enough to have our own production and biomass, which we have a lot in Ukraine. We have huge reserves of straw and wood.'

The representative of the company 'VINTEA' Vladimir Maistrishin emphasizes that the state should support the manufacturers to produce heat from biofuel. The entrepreneur is outraged by officials inaction. Despite the slogan 'We are waiting for reforms', people do not see positive changes.

'The real reform lies in the transition to alternative heating. Its essence is very simple. We need to remove a monopolist and give the way to various manufacturers. My position is this: let the government show us what they do to support domestic producers and reduce fees for utilitiy services for the population."

Representatives of the 'VINTEA' company claim that an already installed boiler can provide heating for the half of 'Vyshenky' microdistrict.

Let's begin rational use of Ukrainian resources - the wastes of wood and agriculture industries - shavings, wood chips, straw. Today, all of this is exported, but its use will reduce the price for heatating for all people and organizations. Everything depends on the government and society!
